Amendment 1 to Recommendation ITU-T G.798.1 (2013) extends the OTN/PTN hybrid equipment descriptions. It adds a new functionality of converged packet and optical transport equipment with SDH cross-connection and clarifies the functional models. It also adds an appendix to illustrate a multi-layer OTM-n NNI.
