This Recommendation
contains rules that apply to phototelegrams in both continental and
intercontinental relations (exchanged between public stations or between public
stations and private stations). The provisions concerning the exchange of
phototelegraph calls between private stations or from private to public
stations are embodied in Recommendation F.80 bis and D.81. The rules
governing the method of communication between phototelegraph stations are
embodied in Recommendation F.82.
