WSIS Tunis was held 16-18 November 2005 in the vicinity of ancient Carthage. The book conveys the ambience of the Summit itself along with round table discussions and parallel events, such as some of the 300 related workshops and seminars along with the ICT4All Exhibition. It is prefaced with a message from UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and a foreword by Yoshio Utsumi, ITU Secretary-General and Secretary-General of the Summit, and contains statements from the Opening Ceremony.
