<description><![CDATA[BR International Frequency Information Circular (BR IFIC) - Terrestrial Services<br/>The BR International Frequency Information Circular (BR IFIC) Terrestrial Services is a consolidated regulatory publication issued once every two weeks by the Radiocommunication Bureau, pursuant to the Radio Regulations (Nos. 20.1 to 20.6 and No. 20.15) and various Regional Agreements. It contains information on the frequency assignments/allotments submitted by Administrations to the Radiocommunication Bureau for recording in the Master International Frequency Register and in the various regional or worldwide Plans/Agreements.The information published corresponds to the recorded assignments/allotments as well as the notifications still being processed.The DVD-ROM format gives users the possibility of consulting the BR IFIC directly from the DVD-ROM, without installing the data (some 4 Gbytes) on the hard disk.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[BR International Frequency Information Circular (BR IFIC) - Space Service<br/>BR IFIC Space Services is a service publication now on DVD-ROM and published every two weeks by the Radiocommunication Bureau in accordance with provision Nos. 20.1 to 20.6 and No. 20.15 of the Radio Regulations.<br/>
It contains information on the frequency assignments to space stations, earth stations or radioastronomy stations submitted by Administrations to the Radiocommunication Bureau for recording in the Master International Frequency Register, as well as those that are submitted under the relevant provisions of the Radio Regulations or which are subject to the Appendices 30, 30A and 30B Plans. The information published corresponds to the recorded assignments as well as the notifications still being processed.<br/>
<br/>
Each edition published in 2013 will contain the SRS database, which was formerly sold only separately, now available only with the BR IFIC - Space Service DVD.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[BR International Frequency Information Circular (BR IFIC)<br/>The consolidated package of the BR IFIC contains details on the current and intended frequency usage by ITU Member States. The package is composed of two parts:<br/>
- A part dealing with space services (BR IFIC) Space Services) contains information on the frequency assignments to space stations, earth stations or radioastronomy stations submitted by Administrations to the Radiocommunication Bureau for recording in the Master International Frequency Register, as well as those that are submitted under the relevant provisions of the Radio Regulations or which are subject to the Appendices 30, 30A and 30B Plans. The information published corresponds to the recorded assignments as well as the notifications still being processed.<br/>
- A part dealing with terrestrial services (BR IFIC) Terrestrial Services) contains a permanently updated edition of the International Frequency List (as described in Nos. 20.2 to 20.6 of the Radio Regulations) with regard to terrestrial services, as well as permanently updated versions of the frequency allotment or assignment plans for terrestrial services that are drawn up under the auspices of ITU. In addition, it contains information on the frequency assignments submitted by the Administrations to the Radiocommunication Bureau for recording in the Master International Frequency Register and in the various regional or worldwide Plans/Agreements, i.e. a consolidated set of notices being processed or for Plan modification.<br/>
The BR International Frequency Information Circular is published on CD-ROM every two weeks. One copy of the BR IFIC (consolidated package) is provided to the ITU Member States' Administrations responsible for radiocommunication matters. The BR IFIC is also available for sale, either as a package, or separately (space part or terrestrial part).<br/>

<description><![CDATA[List IV - Edition of 2000<br/>This List contains particulars of coast stations and coast earth stations providing a public correspondence service with their charges and accounting authorities. The List also contains an annex with particulars on different categories of stations participating in the GMDSS (e.g. particulars of stations transmitting maritime safety information that participate in the NAVTEX services coordinated by the International Maritime Organization).<br/>
In pursuance of Article S20 of the Radio Regulations, this Service Document is published every two years and is kept up-to-date by means of three semi-annual supplements.<br/>
As prescribed in Appendix S16 to the mentioned Regulations, this List is required to be carried in stations on board ships for which a radiotelegraph installation is required by international agreement.]]></description>
