The
Muscat Inter-Continental is a beach-front hotel, close to the main
business district and just 15 minutes from the airport. It is also in the heart of
the residential, government and diplomatic area.

WORKING LANGUAGE
The
meeting will be conducted in English.
III.
DELEGATES’ REGISTRATION AND DOCUMENTS DISTRIBUTION
Delegates’
registration and document distribution will begin on Sunday 27 May
from 16h00 – 18h00.
IV.
WORKING HOURS
The
opening ceremony will take place on Monday 28 May at 09h00.
Working hours will be as follows: 09h00 – 12h30 and 14h00 - 17h30

VI.
TRANSPORTATION
OmanTel will provide
transportation to and from the airport. Please send your travel details
to Mr. Al-Harthy.
VII.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
A
valid passport is obligatory. Unless you are a citizen of the GCC (UAE,
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain or Qatar), you need a visa to enter Oman
and it is valid for one entry, it cannot be extended.
Visas
can be obtained at Omani embassies or consulates. In case of any visa

CLIMATE
Dry
desert; hot, humid along coast; hot, dry interior; strong southwest
summer monsoon (May to September) in far south. Temperate months of
mid-October to mid-March are the best times to visit.
