ITU TELECOM WORLD 2009 brings together top names from around the world. The global ICT arena continues to offer significant opportunities for growth and investment. WORLD 2009 brings together a full-reaching ICT to exploit these possibilities. ITU TELECOM events are incontestably unique in their ability to attract high-level participants due to its encompassing global membership base.

High level participation is achieved primarily through the Forum bringing in key figures from across the regions and around the globe. These include leading policy makers and influential figures such as Ministers, Regulators, Director Generals, CEOs, ITU Member States and Sector Members. VIPs from some 150 countries are expected to attend WORLD 2009 to explore key areas including the latest technologies and new infrastructure solutions.

Gathering participants from the most established leading providers to the most exciting industry newcomers, the exhibition offers colorful collections of products and services that encompass and entice the broadest span of the ICT industry. To list only a few, expect to meet operators, regulators, manufacturers, ISPs, infrastructure and software providers, as well as the banking, finance and other supportive sectors crucial to the industry.
