The myEventPlanner is an online organizational tool for maximizing participation value before during and after the event. Users can plan priority exhibition visits, schedule forum sessions and use online networking features and search functions to find and contact potential partners and business leads.
 

Getting Started

Access to myEventPlanner starts once you have registered to attend the event, confirmed participants automatically receive a username and password.

From here you can manage or cancel your profile at any time. To start, consult Forum and Exhibition listings or use the search functionalities and floorplans as tools to find out exactly who is participating. Other registered participants can be contacted either individually or in groups up to five (5) with an introductory email and invitation to discuss products, services, and other topics of mutual interest. A Note on Privacy and Online Networking

Access to myEventPlanner and our customized TELECOM Online Networking system is password protected to ensure your privacy and that you’re making the contacts you want:

• Safeguarding Your Privacy: All Online Networking emails take place on ITU servers, so your email address is never revealed. ITU will host the first contact email between the sender and recipient, after that it’s up to you. The next step is yours; you can choose to reply to the sender or not, without worrying that your email address has been revealed. If you are interested in networking further, then just reply to the email and you’ve made a new contact. Be aware, that your reply will come from your own email, so your email address will be shown at this point
   
• Performance Assured: Fast, efficient and most of all targeted, Online Networking system delivers real value now!
