Meeting Rooms

Need extra meeting space on a session-by-session basis? This option is for you. Meeting rooms are available to exhibitors as a complement to their showfloor presence on a per session, per day or per week basis. Meeting rooms are also available for reservation by Forum Speakers, registered VIPs, and Sponsors on a per session or per day basis. Four layout options: classroom, theatre, board meeting, cocktail.
