start with raw space and build their own stands, use raw space and create a
pavilion, or use turnkey solutions for quick and easy setup.
In the quieter secludes of Telecom Village, Exhibitors can build customized corporate headquarters or
request turnkey office suites. A number of meeting rooms in Telecom Village are
available for bookings on a per-session basis. Further information on the Showfloor
and Telecom Village are available by clicking through to the respective

Booking Process
Once you have reviewed your preferred participation, booking space is easy:
1. Contact our sales team
Exhibitors interested in booking space are invited to contact our sales team.
Please note that exhibition space is allocated on a first-come first-served
basis from the date the Exhibitor Contract is received by ITU. Space
can only be held for 24 hours pending receipt of the signed contract.
Floorplans are being updated - available upon
request.
2. Review the contract
To secure your company’s space on the Showfloor or in Telecom Village you
must complete and submit an Exhibitor Contract to ITU. The Contract is available
in Adobe PDF format in two versions. The printable pdf document can be
downloaded for offline completion, while the interactive version can be completed online. Either version should then
be printed, signed and
submitted by fax as indicated. If you have any questions about completing the
contract please contact our sales team.
