during the event via email with subject line E-NOTICE FOR WORLD 2009. Look out
for them in your inbox and let us know if other members of your onsite team

To reduce queues we recommend one
person collects all passes on behalf of a company. If this is not
possible, please ensure that each person has his/her personal
Confirmation of Registration document to present at the registration
desks. |

Please make sure that any of your
staff who register onsite for their Exhibitor Pass have means of
identification and authorization that they are representing the stand
and can register against its account. If your quota of Exhibitor Passes
is reached you will receive an email notification to alert you about
payment. |

COLLECTING YOUR DOCUMENTATION (MAIN
CONTACTS ONLY)
As of 30 September the main contact person for each exhibiting company
can collect the following Exhibitor Documentation from the Sales & Marketing
Office in the main
lobby of Geneva-Palexpo just outside the Hall 4 entrance.
- USB Key including floor plans, event catalogue, forum programme and list
of onsite facilities and services for exhibitors;
- Invitations to the opening ceremony, welcome and farewell receptions;
- Hardcopies of the Event Catalogue

LAST MINUTE GUEST INVITATIONS
You can continue to send your code and invite guests to register online for a
free visitor pass against your account, provided you immediately validate
registrations before your guests arrive onsite to collect their Pass.
However, it is recommended that you now opt to register your guests on
their behalf and send them their confirmation of registration letter.

registration webpage using your Exhibitor Logins and click on Your Guests for full details.

ACCESSING THE MEDIA
To gain access to journalists and analysts covering the event, you must first
register your Press Officer via the
Press
Officer Registration link.
Benefits include exclusive access to the:
- Accredited Media & Analyst list
- Press Conference Room and Media Centre (with lounge and interview rooms)
- Online Media Relations pages (tips and services to maximize your media
visibility)
Press Officer Contact details will be published online for accredited
media/analysts to access, as they will be looking for whom to contact for more
information about products/services on show and for scheduling interviews.

under "Programme" then enter you Press Officer login. Once registered,
Press Officers are advised
to let us know of all your activities/demos so journalists can be informed of
where they need to be and when.

STORING SHOW CONSUMABLES
Arrangements have been made to facilitate Exhibitors who wish to stock
replenishable goods in storage close to the halls. If you require this service
contact one of the three Manutexpo consortium members listed below. Cost: CHF
88/hour (including labour and trolley) - minimum CHF 88.

GETTING AROUND
- Parking Onsite
Parking and Access areas for drop-off/pick-up are designated according to
participant and vehicle type. See the
Parking & Access Map for details. To obtain a parking and/or access
permit for your cars, buses, delivery vans etc., go to the exhibitors'
contact desk located next to the hall 2 service centre.
- Getting to Geneva Palexpo
Geneva city centre, the airport and Geneva-Palexpo are all easily reachable
by train or bus using the united network of public transport (Unireso).

- Free public transportation with personalized entry badge
The personalized access pass for WORLD 2009 serves as a free transportation
pass from 5 to 9 October for all public transport routes in Geneva, whether
trains, buses, trams or boats run by TPG. It also provides access to shuttle
services between car parks and Geneva-Palexpo. Visit the links below for
