How to Purchase Space in the VILLAGE

Purchasing space in the VILLAGE at WORLD 2006 is simple. Once you have decided what kind of option best suits your participation needs, simply click through to our Book Space page. There you will find our standard exhibitor contract to complete and send in to us, on which you can indicate what type of VILLAGE option you are interested in.

Once we have received your signed exhibitor contract (first copies can be sent by fax or electronically) then we will be able to prioritize your participation. Interest in our WORLD event is already growing and so it’s important to submit your Exhibitor Contract as soon as possible; as companies will be able to begin selecting their show floor or TELECOM VILLAGE spaces on a first come first served basis, once floorplans are available later in 2005. First priority will be given to those customers who have taken part in one of the previous TELECOM events within this cycle (all events since and including ITU TELECOM WORLD 2003). So, the sooner we receive your contract, the better!
