To offer companies the opportunity to promote their products, applications and services at a low cost while benefiting from a large audience.
A one-hour time speaking slot including a 15-minute Q&A session during the opening hours of the Exhibition (10h00-18h00) to either present or demonstrate products, applications and services or multimedia entertainment and sponsored performances (e.g., live music, dance).
The Showcase Presentations will be organized in the
Geneva Arena (the Geneva Concert Hall next to Palexpo (2500 seats))
with direct access to Palexpo Exhibition Hall 7, from Sunday 12 October through Friday 17 October 2003.
The Showcase Presentations are open free of charge for all attendees to ITU
TELECOM WORLD 2003 to attend, including
International Media, Press, key telecom and IT figures, government and the private sector representatives, ITU
TELECOM WORLD 2003 Exhibitors, Forum delegates, trade professionals and the general public and customers at large.
The Showcase Presentations Slots are available to all interested legal entities, companies and organizations working in the
telecommunication and ICT sectors provided that their presentations or demos only promote, display or advertise products or
services related to the peaceful aspects and use of telecommunications and related technologies.

REQUEST FORM either on-line or download and
fax or email to Dominique Bourne/Marianne Dimier, ITU TELECOM Forum Division (fax: +41 22 730 6444). Deadline for submission of the Request Form: by no later than
Monday 15 September 2003 (Midnight, Geneva
time). All requests will be dealt with on a first-come first-served basis with the one condition that
advance priority shall be given to registered Exhibitors (*) at ITU
TELECOM
WORLD 2003, also on a first-come first-served basis.

Timetable. Each Slot price is indicated therein.
Basic audio-visual equipment is included in the price.
The ITU expects to allocate slots based on Slot Requests received on a first-come first-served basis with one condition that
advance priority shall be given to Exhibitors, also on a first-come first-served basis, up to 31 May 2003 (inclusive). “First-come, first-served” shall be determined according to the official date and time of receipt of the email or
fax, as recorded by ITU TELECOM Forum Division. The official date and time of receipt may under no circumstances be challenged. Applicants
are solely responsible to ensure that their Slot Request reaches ITU and is duly received by it by no later than
Monday 15 September 2003 (Midnight, Geneva time) The ITU will send a
Showcase Presentations Contract to each Applicant at that time and shall legally bind the ITU and
