At ITU TELECOM World 2003, held in Geneva, 12-18 October 2003, some 2'500 participants, including Ministers, CEOs and regulators, gathered together to share their views on the challenges ahead for the telecommunications sector. Now, this rich source of information is available to all, on this new CD-ROM of Forum Proceedings, to be published in December 2003. The CD-ROM, sponsored by Xilinx, contains photographs and bios of the speakers, panelists and moderators together with their presentation materials and abstracts (where applicable). In addition to the main forum programme, the CD-ROM also contains the proceedings of the TELECOM Development Symposium, the Youth Forum and the Showcase Presentations.
