At ITU TELECOM World 2003, held in Geneva, 12-18 October 2003, some 2'500 participants, including Ministers, CEOs and regulators, gathered together to share their views on the challenges ahead for the telecommunications sector. In total, some 416 speakers, panelists and moderators shared their views at the forum in more than 40 separate sessions, covering topics like "Helping the world communicate", "3G mobile versus wireless LANs", "Satifying the customer", "Digital identifiers" etc. For the full programme, see:

Now, this rich source of information is available to all, on this new CD-ROM of Forum Proceedings, to be published in December 2003. The CD-ROM, sponsored by Xilinx, contains photographs and bios of the speakers, panelists and moderators together with their presentation materials and abstracts (where applicable).
