SELECTION OF SPEAKERS
Following the individual reviews by the
Forum Programme
Committee, the Paper Selection Meeting will be held in Geneva on 5, 6 and 7 February 2003.
During this meeting, the Forum Programme Committee will :
-
establish the Preliminary Forum Programme, e.g. define session themes and the sequence of the sessions;
-
define the structure of the various sessions (e.g. Paper presentation, panel, roundtable etc.);
-
submit speakers names to be invited to contribute to the various Forum sessions, according to the session themes and the
ratings of the abstracts;
-
define the roles attributed to the various participants.
NOTIFICATION OF AUTHORS
All authors/high-level speakers will be notified if they have been selected or not by the end of March 2003
You may be invited to participate in one of the following roles:
Keynote Speaker, Speaker, Panelist, Roundtable/Workshop Participant,
Chairman or Moderator
Selected Authors may be invited to:
-
present their paper in a Paper presentation Session;
-
present their paper as a background contribution to a Panel or a Roundtable Session;
-
participate in a debate on a Panel, Roundtable Session or Workshop Session;
-
publish a full manuscript in the Forum Proceedings.
Please note that only an invitation to act as a keynote speaker or speaker will permit a standard presentation of a full paper.
MANUSCRIPTS
However, all Forum selected participants will be invited to submit a full manuscript to be published in the CD-Rom of the
Forum Proceedings and on the Forum website open to all Forum delegates, Forum Participants and the Press.
This manuscript (5000-6000 words) should be submitted in electronic format
Deadline for receipt of Final Manuscripts for inclusion in the Forum proceedings:
22 September 2003
Sales/product promotion papers will not be accepted
