Equipment
The rooms will be equipped as follows:
- Furniture: tables and chairs, sideboard, waste paper basket, wardrobe, coat hangers, ashtrays.
- Signage: panel with names of Meeting Rooms, occupying clients and corresponding schedules of occupation.
- Air-conditioning water-cooled as per Venue Regulations.
- Daily staffing and cleaning.

Additional equipment
Any audiovisual/PC equipment, special room set up, catering etc… must be ordered separately; there will be an additional charge for these services.
