The Virtual Exhibition service is offered free-of-charge to all TELECOM 95 exhibitors. If you are a TELECOM 95 exhibitor you should have received a letter about the service on which you have a name and a password that allow you to submit the information to us. What is the TELECOM 95 Virtual Exhibition?
Finding the right information on Web can often be difficult. ITU's official TELECOM World Wide Web makes it easy for users - your customers and prospects - to find relevant exhibitor information with a simple search by exhibitor name, product category descriptor, or text search. Make sure that users find your company when they are looking for potential suppliers. How? By entering the correct information about your company and its products in the TELECOM World Wide Web.To submit data to the Virtual Exhibition system you need a USERNAME and PASSWORD. Only authorized persons can enter or change the data regarding their company in the Virtual Exhibition.
Participation in the virtual exhibition will give you the opportunity to:
This exciting service permits you to advertise your company's products and services via TELECOM 95 to an audience that is potentially far more diverse that the audience that would usually receive your promotional material.
- Present your stand at TELECOM 95, including information on the products and services with a visual of the stand
- describe your organization's main activities, including its main products and services
- display your corporate logo to capitalize on its instant recognition value
- invite all users of the service to search for information by product description, company name or by specific text
- offer your feedback e-mail address, as well as standard fax and telephone numbers, thus enabling users -and potential customers- to contact your company for further information, etc.
- establish links between your website and TELECOM's website, and maintain your virtual booth on the TELECOM website after TELECOM 95, at preferential rates
