Visa Requirements

Participants must ensure that their passport contains an authorized visa to enter into Cuba, obtained from the Cuban embassies and consulates in their respective countries.

Upon request, the Ministry of Informatics and Communications of Cuba will provide participants, who are officially registered in the Seminar, with an “invitation letter” in order to facilitate the processing of their visa applications to participate in the event. Such requests should be addressed to the following person:
