Marian Gordon is a manager for the US Department of State's activities affecting the creation of international telecommunications standards in various fora, including the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Organization of American States (OAS). Previously she served as Senior Attorney at the Federal Communications Commission, Patent Examiner at
the US Patent and Trade Office, and a Law Clerk to a Circuit Judge at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, DC. She holds advanced degrees in electrical engineering and law.
