The document of "Optical Transport Networks & Technologies Standardization Work Plan" can cover the Lead Study items on optical technology and on optical transport networks. The reason I agreed to accept the additonal Lead Study items on optical transport networks was that SG15 has already performed the lead study function under the work of "Optical Transport Networks & Technologies Standardization Work Plan".
