The focus Group "informal FTP area" may be
accessed from a Web browser by typing at the URL or Location the following:
http://ties.itu.int/u/tsg3/sg3/StudyPeriod97-00/focus/
where "username" is the TIES username and
"password" is the TIES password.
The above mentioned command will automatically list the files and directories available
in the informal FTP area.
