Please note that two new features have been added in the Work Programme website:
1- User friendly parameters in the WP search page URL
Available since the 7th of January.
Four parameters in the www.itu.int/workprog/ site have been defined in order to enable a quick and intuitive access to the WP items.
• Why such an update?
– To enhance the search ability of the WP items
• How?
– By simply using query parameters in the url :
|
Friendly query parameter |
Expected value |
|
sp |
Study Period number |
|
sg |
Study group number |
|
wp |
Full or partial Working Party number |
|
q |
Full or partial question number |
• Sample
"www.itu.int/itu-t/workprog/wp_search.aspx?sg=16&wp=1"
And those can be directly accessed using the following WP short URL :
2- New friendly name for a LS coming from outside ITU
Available since the 16th of January, and this is applied only to the newly registered LSs.
This update concerns only LS where the source of the document was registered.
• Why such an update?
– To avoid multiplication of numbering,
– To keep track of the indicated source document reference
• How?
– By using the reference as friendly name,
– If no reference is indicated, auto numbering is still used.
• Sample for a LS coming from 3GPP TSG SA
– If no reference was given, no change: “3GPP TSG SA - LS 14”
– If “TD SP-120448” was indicated as reference: “3GPP TSG SA - TD SP-120448”
