The February issue of IEEE Communications Magazine carries a ‘feature topic’ on ITU’s Kaleidoscope event – Innovations for Digital Inclusion.

, the conference brought together some of the best academic minds from around the world to present their research supporting innovation in ICTs towards universal, sustainable, ubiquitous and affordable access by all. Among over 80 papers submitted, 32 papers were presented. The best four
were awarded prizes totaling $10,000 kindly donated by Cisco.

The third Kaleidoscope event “Beyond the Internet? − Innovations for future networks and services”
