As part of the ITU effort to progressively move ITU tools under its single sign-on (SSO) infrastructure, members will now use SSO to submit AAP comments through the AAP website.
SSO enables a smoother user experience since services federated under the SSO infrastructure do not require subsequent logins once logged into another service. When first logging in, users will see a new login screen.
In addition to the AAP comment submission tool, the following services already use the ITU SSO infrastructure:
- SharePoint sites
- International numbering resources databases
- Misuse of E.164 numbering resources
- ITU-T electronic registration and subscription services
- ITU-T WP A.5 reference submission
Other services planned for migration under the SSO infrastructure in the near future include the informal FTP areas (IFAs) and Adobe Connect remote participation services.
