in effect at the date of its publication.

ITU-T Patents Database
In order to facilitate both the standards making process and the application of ITU-T Recommendations,
the Telecommunication Standardization Bureau (TSB) is making available the ITU-T Patent Statements
database composed of information that was communicated to the TSB by administrations, private enterprises,
etc. that participate in the standards making activities of the ITU-T Study Groups.
ITU-T Software Copyright Database
Some ITU-T Recommendations incorporate software. Implementors of these Recommendations may need a
copyright license in order to implement a complying product. This database provides information that was
communicated to the TSB with Software Copyright Statement and Licensing declaration forms.
ITU Formal descriptions and Object identifiers databases:
These free access databases contain machine procesable copies of the formal information included
in ITU-T Recommendations. Formal description languages include ASN.1, XML, MIB, LDIF, GDMO, UML.
Object identifiers database include the UUID, a unique object identifier server.
ITU-T Test Signal Database
ITU-T Test Signal Database contains a collection of audio, still image and
video test signals that constitute a worldwide reference for assessing the
end-to-end quality of telecommunications systems and for establishing the
conformance of implementations to specifications within ITU-T
Recommendations
ITU-T Work Program
This work program is a real time application giving all information related to study group structure,
work items, status, reference documents and contacts.
ITU-T Terms & Definitions Database
Online database providing access to terms, definitions and acronyms defined within ITU-T and ITU-R normative publications.
