Message from Mr. Keith Cambron, President of AT&T Labs:

“As a Founding Member of the CCITT in 1956, AT&T shared the vision of others for a new global standards body. AT&T is especially pleased to congratulate the ITU-T on its 50th anniversary. In these 50 years, AT&T has been an active contributor to many CCITT and ITU-T Recommendations. While AT&T and the industry have seen many changes during this time, the global recognition of the work of the CCITT and the ITU-T has remained constant. Accordingly, AT&T continues its active role in the ITU-T today, and looks forward to the continued global success of the ITU-T in the years to come.”
