Notes:
Many meeting dates and venues were not finalized at the time of the Study Group 16 meeting, and they will be confirmed at a later stage. The meetings noted as "planned" were pre-approved by SG 16 and will be confirmed once sufficient number of participants and contributions is ensured.

in addition to the Q6/16 listed meetings, there will be JPEG/JBIG meetings of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 29/WG 1 during 7-11 July 2008 in Poitiers, France, and 13-17 Oct 2008 in Busan, Republic of Korea, which fall within the purview of Q6/16. Note that the latter of these two JPEG/JBIG meetings will be held in a co-located fashion with meetings of the JVT.
Note 5: 
A WP 3/16 plenary meeting is confirmed on 3 October 2008, following the joint Questions 8, 9, 10, 23/16 Rapporteur’s meeting and is tasked to consent the floating point version of G.711.1, the floating point version of G.722.1 fullband, the floating point version of G.729.1 DTX/CNG. The confirmation and complete details for this meeting are found in TSB Collective 11/16.
