4. Note concerning review of findings

Part IIB of BR IFIC 2688 contains 10 frequency assignments to stations of the fixed and mobile services.

The Table of Frequency Allocations of Article 5 of the Radio Regulations allows the use of the band 1 530 - 1 535 MHz by the fixed and mobile, except aeronautical mobile, services on a secondary basis. The 10 frequency assignments in question are recorded in the Master Register in the band 1 530 - 1 535 MHz or overlapping with this band.

In application of provision of No. 14.1 of the Radio Regulations, the findings of these 10 frequency assignments have been reviewed.

The original dates of entry into the Master Register have been kept.

This review concerns the following Administrations: AUS, CHN, E and D.
