| eNotices is a PC based
application designed to assist administrations and BR in the creation of
electronic notices T01, T02, T03, T04, G02, GS1, GT1, GS2, GT2, GB1, TB2, TB3, TB4, TB5, TB8 and
TB9 relating to sound and television broadcasting services. The
application allows the retrieval of data, relating to assignments in the
Plans or the Master Register (MIFR) as well as transactions currently
under treatment, to be used in the creation of new notices.
It is recommended that the latest BRIFIC is installed so that
characteristics of frequency assignments and proposed modifications are
available.
The program is at present only available in English, French and
Spanish.

the Master Register (MIFR) -

- Create new T01 notice based technical characteristics of
an existing frequency assignment in the GE84 Plan
- Create TB3 notices requesting publication in Part B of
the proposed modifications of which all coordination
requirements have been obtained.
- Create TB5 notices to suppress a number of frequency
assignments from the PLAN
- Create TB2 notices to notify for recording in the MIFR
frequency assignments that have identical technical
characteristics to those in the Plan.
