| GE84PLN is a PC based
application designed to assist administrations the planning of VHF-FM
sound broadcasting services in accordance with the GE84 Agreement. The
program allows:

Creating test notices
-
Running compatibility analysis with respect
to other assignments in the Plan

Determining available frequencies for new
services
-
Creating TB2, TB3 and TB5 notices
It is recommended that the latest BRIFIC is installed so that
characteristics of frequency assignments and proposed modifications are
available.
The program is at present only available in English, French and
Spanish.
