| Regional coordination groups, which will facilitate bilateral and
multilateral coordination among administrations and broadcasters in various
regions of the world, shall identify themselves to the Bureau. Administrations
and broadcasters shall be urged to participate in the relevant regional
coordination groups. However, such participation would be on a voluntary basis. |
