RRU held a virtual conference between the experts involved in the development of the New Technologies module for the ITU/infoDev ICT-Regulation Toolkit on 15 March 2006. The virtual conference was moderated by RRU's Susan Schorr.  Six presentation were given (5 using visual aids and one oral presentation).
