Registration information for participants

Pre-registration

Early pre-registration is strongly encouraged to allow for visa processing and delivery.

Pre-registration starts on 24 May 2011 and will be carried out exclusively online through focal points designated by each administration and entity entitled to participate in the conference.

The role of focal points is to handle registration formalities for their respective administrations and entities. The list of focal points can be accessed using a TIES log-in at this address.

If your Administration/Entity does not have a focal point, or wishes to modify the contact details and/or change a focal point, you are kindly requested to provide details of his/her last name, first name and e-mail address and submit this information on letterhead by fax to: +41 22 730 5545/+41 22 730 5484 or by e-mail to: bdtmeetingsregistration@itu.int.

On-site registration

Onsite registration will start as from 19 September 2011 at 10:00.

Your identity badge will be available at the registration desk upon presentation of the e-mail confirmation you received at the time of online pre-registration. You will be asked to present the email as well as an official identity document (passport or national identity card). Participants registering on-site must present a letter of accreditation from their respective focal point.

The registration desk operating hours will be:
 

  • Monday 19 September 2011

    from 10:00 to 20:00 hours

     

  • Tuesday 20 September 2011

    from 08:00 to 18:00 hours

     

  • Wednesday 21 September 2011

    from 08:00 to 18:00 hours

     

  • Thursday 22 September 2011

    from 08:00 to 17:00 hours

     

  • Friday 23 September 2011

    from 08:00 to 12:00 hours
