Mr. Hirohisa Furuichi, Director, Tariff Division, Telecommunication Business
Department, Telecommunication Bureau, Ministry of Internal Affairs and
Communications(MIC), Japan
Mr. Hirohisa Furuichi has worked actively in MIC to formulate telecommunication
policies for over twenty years. As Director of Tariff Division (since 2007), he
is now in charge of a wide range of regulatory issues both on traditional
telephone and IP networks, including interconnection, universal service and a
part of user charge (price cap regulation). |
