SEMINAR ON ESTABLISHING NEW REGULATORS IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION

This seminar targets senior official from newly-established regulatory bodies and/or policy makers who are , or would be, involved in establishing new regulators in their respective countries. This activity is linked to the ITU Asia Pacific Regional Initiative on Telecommunication/ICT Policy and Regulatory Cooperation, to develop various regulatory skills and frameworks, and establish mechanisms to link ITU and telecommunications/ICT policy makers and regulators from the Asia-Pacific region to facilitate the sharing and exchanging of information and experiences.
