Pre-registration and fellowship requests will be carried out exclusively online. You will find the pre-registration and fellowship request form here.

Pre-registrations should be confirmed no later than 19 February 2010 except for fellows who need to register and submit their signed and approved fellowship request form latest by 22 January 2010.

Within the budget available one full fellowship may be granted to each administration of least developed countries (LDCs) and to delegates from countries whose GDP per capita is less than USD 2 000.

To request for a fellowship, you must first register online and choose the appropriate box on the form. Upon the acceptance of your registration, you will receive the electronic fellowship request form.

You are requested to fill it out, sign it and have it approved by a duly authorized officer of your administration who should sign it and stamp it with the official stamp of the administration.

Please note that the deadline for returning the approved and signed fellowship form is 22 January 2010.
