The Secretary of Communication and Transportation (SCT) of Mexico announced the creation of national Digital clubs to promote the use of technology

As part of the inauguration of the second Campus "Mexico Party powered by movistar", the Minister of Communications and Transportation, Juan Molinar Horcasitas, announced the creation at national level of Digital clubs to promote the use of technology and cut the digital gap existing.

The director of Telefonica Movistar (Francisco Gil Diaz), the Coordinator of the Information Society and Knowledge of the SCT, (Talavera Eloisa Hernandez), urged young people "campuseros" to participate in this digital clubs and increase the use of technology and the Internet in their regions.
