| Description | National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Thailand the Telecommunication Regulator has an ongoing endeavor to enhance the skills of its staff and the industry in various areas of telecommucation regulation and development. Based on the success of the training project for NTC that was carried out by the ITU in 2007 and 2008, ITU and NTC would like to continue the partnership to organize three training programs for its staff and other stakeholders in the area of rural communication, NGN policy & regulation and competition aspects. These training programs would be held between March and December 2009 in Thailand. |
