Title Support for harmonization of ICT regulatory guidelines in Southern Africa on universal access/service
Description This project aims at contributing to the efforts made by the regional stakeholders towards creating harmonized policies for ICTs and an efficient regulatory environment, conducive to massive investments required by the ICT infrastructures and application, in Southern Africa.

Under the framework of the ITU-EC project: “Support for Harmonization of the ICT Policies in Sub-Sahara Africa (HIPSSA)”, this project aims at providing support to SADC Members in reviewing, updating and/or drafting new guidelines and implementation best practices on universal access/service and quality of service.
