|Title||Centre of Excellence Network in the Asia-Pacific Region|
The aim of this project is to build a self-dependant mechanism in the Asia Pacific region, in order to strengthen capacity based network of self-dependent training Nodes.
Each node will lead the design and implementation of a distinct training programme (Business management, Technology awareness, Spectrum management, Telecommunications regulation and Rural connectivity). It will bring together established training content providers (universities, technological institutions and training centres, among others) as well as service and technology providers that will offer on-line training solutions combined with face-to-face seminars.
All Nodes will work regionally and complement each other in order to create a critical mass of courses, thus setting up a sound and self-sustainable capacity building environment in the Asia-Pacific region.
