Description

This Project aims to analyze the difficulties related to the implementation of wireless networks and associated infrastructures in Central America due to social apprehension as to Human Exposure to Electromagnetic Fields (EMF). The project will: i) evaluate relevant regulations related to the EMF assessments; ii) development general tools (guidelines, practices and regulatory framework) needed to facilitate the deployment of wireless networks with the acceptance of the population; and iii) implement pilot measurement tests in selected countries including social communication.
