ICT Training in developing countries
ITU is a leading provider of ICT training. The ITU Development Sector offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate your organization’s commitment to supporting education and training in developing countries through our ITU Academy Sponsorship Programme.
Every year the International Telecommunication Union, through its ITU Academy, trains thousands of individuals in developing economies to adapt to a rapidly evolving telecommunications and ICT environment. We address the capacity-development needs of policy makers and regulators in governments, as well as senior executives and managers in service providers, through a mix of face-to-face and eLearning training opportunities.
Through our ITU Academy Sponsorship Programme, your organization or company can sponsor the production of new ITU training and educational resources in any of our official working languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish). Our core training tracks include business management, information and communication technologies, and policy and regulation courses. Sponsors can choose one or more training tracks to support.
For your sponsorship, you will be acknowledged on the ITU Academy website and course listings as an organization committed to improving education around the world in telecommunications and ICTs.
