FTTH Council Asia-Pacific
Who they are
The FTTH Council Asia-Pacific is a non-profit organization established in 2005. The organization is building on the success of its sister organizations in the US and Europe to educate the industry and the general public on the opportunities and benefits of FTTH solutions. FTTH Council Asia-Pacific members represent all areas of broadband industries, including telecommunications, computing, networking, system integration, engineering and content-provider companies, as well as traditional telecommunications service providers, utilities and municipalities.
What does this mean?
Members have a forum to apply critical thinking to FTTH technologies and applications. Using member's inputs, they keep the organisation informed about industry trends, share success stories, and provide quality speakers through our speaker's bureau. They offer members an opportunity to network and collaborate while providing consistent information on FTTH from industry experts to members, consumers, media and analysts.
The mission of the FTTH Council Asia-Pacific is to accelerate the adoption of optical fiber access,
by all consumers and organizations that provide and use broadband services, through factually based Education and Promotion, in order to enhance the sustainable quality of life. The Council will bring together industry stakeholders, government representatives and developers and aims to position itself as the major resource base for optical fiber access in the region.

Be recognized by the industry as the FTTH resource.
Who can become Member?
Membership to the FTTH Council is open to companies interested in leading the FTTH revolution! Any company, business entity, non-profit organization, academia or individual that is involved in the development, production, deployment, service, maintenance or analysis of FTTH networks or FTTH network components is welcomed as a our member.

|Monique Jeanne Morrow|
Monique Morrow is the President of FTTH Council Asia-Pacific. She also holds the title of CTO Cisco Services, Services Platform Group in the Cisco Services organization. She has over 20 years experience in IP and MPLS internetworking that includes design, implementation of complex customer projects and service development for service providers.
Monique has worked for both enterprise and service provider companies in the United States and in Europe. Monique led the Engineering Project team for one of the first European MPLS-VPN deployments in 1999 for a European service provider.
Monique has presented at numerous distinguished industry conferences on the topic of MPLS and Cloud Computing.
At present, she is focused on the topics of the Internet of Things / Machine-to-Machine Communications, E-Health and Cloud Computing.
