Unidad Ejecutora 002 INICTEL - UNI

El Instituto Nacional de Investigación y Capacitación de Telecomunicaciones - INICTEL, fue un Organismo Público Descentralizado del Subsector Comunicaciones del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, creado el 9 de noviembre de 1971. Por Decreto se declaró al INICTEL de interés nacional y de importancia estratégica, por sus actividades de investigación, capacitación especializada, ejecución de estudios y proyectos en el área de las telecomunicaciones. En 2006 se establece que el INICTEL transfiere los temas de capacitación, formación profesional, especialización de estudios, proyectos e investigación a la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería.
