Alippe TV is a project conceived under the umbrella of the CIS Regional Initiatives projects of the ITU in collaboration with the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. It intends to establish an Interactive Multimedia Digital Broadcasting Network as a pilot to be replicated in other CIS countries. The main objective of this pilot project is to assess the impact of IMDB services including digital television, internet and other information security services within an identified area in Kyrgyz Republic.
