“BH TELECOM”, Joint Stock Company, Sarajevo is a telecommunication company that performs its activities on the Bosnia and Herzegovina's market.BH Telecom contributes to the enhancement of the Internet accessibility for the society of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with special emphasis on youth, schools and educational institutions thereby creating maximum affordability for Internet service packages and enabling creation of knowledge society and dissemination of information. A primary goal of BH Telecom is the retaining of the leadership on the telecom market of Bosnia and Herzegovina through continued excellence in service providing and ensurance of the long term customer satisfaction as well as through capacity development, investing in new technologies and human resources. BH Telecom intends to perform this by creating convergent services based on the integration of existing networks accompanied by the continuity of monitoring and analysis of the factors that can significantly impact the business such as: further market liberalization, life standard, competition and legislation. We direct our activities to the introduction of NGN and broadband services such as “triple play” with implementation of ADSL, 3G HSPA concepts by embedding them into the existing infrastructures. BH Telecom is a member of many international organizations in the field of telecommunications (ITU, ETNO, ETSI, TeleManagement Forum, GSM MoU Association...). As an ITU-D Sector Member (since 1998), BH Telecom participates in numerous ITU-D activities and events (WTDC, TDAG, CoE Workshops, Seminars) and this engagement on multilateral level enables it to actively participate in important processes and to follow trends of the telecom industry development.
