AT&T Inc. (stylized as at&t) is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. The current iteration of AT&T Inc. began its existence as Southwestern Bell Corporation, one of seven Regional Bell Operating Companies created in 1983 in the divestiture of parent company American Telephone and Telegraph Company (founded 1885, later AT&T Corp.) due to the United States v. AT&T antitrust lawsuit. Southwestern Bell changed its name to SBC Communications Inc. in 1995. In 2005, SBC purchased former parent AT&T Corp. and took on its branding, with the merged entity naming itself AT&T Inc. and using the iconic AT&T Corp. logo and stock-trading symbol.

Radiográfica Costarricense S.A.(RACSA), fundada en 1964, es el Proveedor de Servicios Internet del Estado destinado a atender residencias y entidades comerciales en Costa Rica. A partir del año 2008 RACSA contrató participación de enlace internacional vía el Cable Submarino de Fibra Óptica Global Crossing a través del Océano Pacífico, como otro enlace hacia los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, país donde se encuentran los principales accesos a la red mundial de Internet. A partir del año 2010 RACSA ofrece diversos servicios a través de su Plataforma de Cómputo en la Nube con una capacidad de 10 Gigabits.

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd.

RailTel Corporation Of India Ltd. (RailTel) is a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Railways. RailTel has already built state of the art STM-16 network using latest SDH/DWDM Technology for over 36000 Kms thus creating 3500 POPs across the country. RailTel plans to expand the network to over 50000 Kms by 2012 thus creating over 5000 POPs. The complete Network is managed by a Centralized Network Management System, located at New Delhi with backup at Secunderabad/Kolkata. RailTel has also built a highly sophisticated nationwide MPLS-IP network across 40 cities to provide a whole range of Internet & VPN services. The services offered by RailTel includes National Long Distance, Bandwidth leasing (64 Kbps to 155 Mbps & above), Internet Services, VPN Services (Layer-2 & Layer-3 MPLS, VPLS), Tower Space for Antennae (1000+ towers nationwide), Co-location services & Dark Fiber. Further, RailTel provides a host of services to Indian Railways for their various communication requirements. RailTel has connected about 3500 Railway stations on its OFC network and is providing circuits for control communication, administrative circuits, PRS circuits , FOIS and Railnet circuits.

Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT)

The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (‘the Authority’) was established in July 2004 by the enactment of the Telecommunications Act 2001 Amended by 17 of 2004 as the independent regulatory body responsible for the transformation of the telecommunications sector from a virtual monopoly to a competitive environment. TelOne (Pvt) Limited is the government-owned communications company of Zimbabwe.
