Today, at the beautiful venue of Le Meridian Ile Maurice, The ICT Stakeholders
Forum was opened in the distinguished presence of Hon Deelchand Jeeha, Minister
of IT, Mauritius and Hon Jayna Krishna Cuttaree, acting Prime Minister. In the

three showcase presentations. As compared with day one, which mostly comprised
of Ministerial sessions of different countries, this day was dedicated to donors
