The National Radio Spectrum Council at the Council of Ministers shall draft the National Radio Frequency Allocation Table. Members of the Council shall be representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Interior, the State Agency for National Security, the Communications Regulation Commission, the National Service for protection and the National Intelligence Service. The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) manages frequency spectrum only for civil needs. CRC assigns radio frequencies and radio frequency bands to undertakings providing electronic communications.
