The positive performance helped drive Leap’s share price up 12% to USD41.96 in early trading. For the full year, Leap reported total revenue of USD1.35 billion, up 46% from USD956.4 million in 2006. Net losses for the year totalled USD75.9 million, compared to a loss of USD24.4 million the previous year. At the end of December 2007, Leap Wireless said it had 2.86 million customers nationally, but expected to have three million by March. |
