Pre-Registration

Pre-registration and fellowship requests will be carried out exclusively online. You will find the pre-registration and fellowship request form here.

Pre-registrations should be confirmed no later than Friday, 13 November 2009 except for fellows who need to register and submit their fellowship request latest by Friday, 9 October 2009.

Fellowships

Requests for fellowships may be obtained within the budget available. ITU will provide one fellowship per administration of Least Developed Countries (LDCs), or countries with a GDP per capita less than USD 2'000 (with priority to LDCs). Depending on the number of requests from duly authorized candidates who fulfill all requirements, fellowships may be either full or partial.

To request for a fellowship, you must first register online and choose the appropriate box on the form. Upon the acceptance of your registration, you will electronically receive the fellowship form.

You are requested to fill it out, sign it and have it approved by a duly authorized officer of your administration who should sign it and stamp it with the official stamp of the administration.

Once completed, you may either scan it and e‑mail it to BDT bdtfellowships@itu.int OR fax it to +41 22 730 5778.
